Epoxy-based spray adhesive for optically perfect bonding of carbon fabric in negative molds in the production of full carbon components. Normal spray adhesives are polychloroprene-based. Polychloroprene is a synthetic rubber that does not bond with the epoxy resin during subsequent infusion.
This EP-based spray adhesive (with added vinyl ester) does not produce any streaks, clouds or residues on the components as is often the case with conventional spray adhesives. A quick sanding with sanding fleece is sufficient to be able to paint the finished component without any visual impairment or adhesion problems. Compatibility with IMCs or mechanical effects must be checked in advance, but the latter are negligible/not present.
Spray can 500ml with 3-way adjustment, observe instructions for use.
