DHL will start shipping again starting September 25th. All orders placed from now will be shipped then. There are some important remarks. Shipping generally will only be possible as package, not as "small parcel". Accordingly shipping for a small good like RS3 Facelift Badge is vastly more expensive than before. We recommend ordering Frame+Badge or group up with multiple people to buy multiple Badges at once.

Orders under 800 USD Value or approx 680€ are shipped DDP. This means that we collect import tariffs (15%) upfront. There will be no additional charges on your end. The fees are displayed at checkout.

Orders above 800 USD cannot be shipped PDDP. We will initially charge the tariffs. If there are any tariffs to be paid on your end we will refund you the correct amount upfront once we know what youve orderd and how its packed. This is mainly for packaging reasons as some products are inconvenient to pack up together and might need to be shipped in two packages, if these two packages are <800USD then we will take care of the tariffs. If not then we will refund you the initially charged amount.

If there are any tariffs to be paid on your end we will clear this up to you after you orderd. If you decide to not pay the tariffs and the package gets returned to us you will be refunded the full goods and tariffs amount. We will however not refund you any shipping costs as well as any return shipping/handling costs. 

 Please note that we reserve our right to cancel any order if conditions change. We are not to be held responsible for any outside influences. By ordering from our Site you agree to above terms and confirm that you have understood.

Please note as well, setting your location to Germany but entering a USA adress wont change the fact that you have to pay the tariffs and shipping. If you order with the wrong location set your order will immeaditly be canceled. If it happens repeated we have no choice but to block you from ordering completly since we do not get the payment fees refunded if we cancel your order. Please make sure you set your location properly.

Update as of September 12th

No Shipments yet. Tariffs are still at 27,5%, we have to wait until its dropped to 15. Should happen within the next few weeks.

Update as of September 1st

Starting approx September 12th our Products will be available again for direct headache free order directly from the US. Our dealer will keep all of the most popular parts in stock for, ready for immeadiate shipping. All other products with a few exceptions can be preorderd via the dealer, manufactured by us in Germany and then sent over in the next bulk shipment.

While the prices obviously will be a little bit higher than before (due to the 15% tariff), you will NOT have to fight around with customs, face unexpected clearance or brokerage fees etc.. You pay what you pay on the dealer site and not a dollar more, and you will recieve your package (if in stock) in a matter of days.

Update as of August 24th

All orders for stock goods placed until August 25th 4pm UTC+1 will be shipped immeaditly. We will not accept US orders after 4pm UTC+1 until the new shipping system is setup. All orders placed before the new shipping system is in place will be refunded.

Status as of August 22nd, 2025

Due to the recent decision by US Lawmakers carriers like DHL were forced to temporarily suspend all delivieres to the USA. Since we always relied on DHLs cheap but fast and reliable service, this has consequences for our US Shipments.

Starting August 26th we can not ship any packages to the USA via DHL. This is temporary until DHL/Carriers and the US Customs come up with a solution to take care off the massive amount of packages that were tariff free before due to the de minimis regulation.

Since we (and DHL neither) know when shipments to the USA will be possible again we will be offering DHL Express Shipment from August 26th since DHL Express is not influenced by this situation. However, it is obviously more expensive. Accordingly the shipping costs will soon be higher. We will however try to dampen these extra costs by paying half of the extra shipping costs out of our pocket.

Furthermore, please be aware that all packages that arrive in the US after August 29th are subject to the new 15% base tariff. The tariff is to be paid by the receiver, so please be aware that you will have to pay it once you get the package. We want to make clear that we will not give full refunds for orders that are shipped, you receive the customs payment and refuse to pay it. In that case we will refund you once we got the return, however all shipping related costs (forth and back) will be deducted from the refund. Please calculate the tariffs in, if youre not willing to pay it then dont place an order.

We hope that there soon will be a solution to the shipping costs. We also hope that at some point the de minimis regulation might be reactivated for european parcels at least.

Please note: All Products in stock that are orderd before August 26th will be charged with the regular shipping costs as shown in the store. All preorders (products that will be shipped on or after 26th August) will be subject to later added on charges for shipping. Please estimate an extra 25-60€ shipping cost depending on the product. This is mainly for orders placed between today (22nd) to 25th as the store system is still on old shipping prices.8
